I loved the Gb version of this game more than pokemon, when the gba advance appeared on japan square and enix merged , so there wasnt dragon quest monsters here in america for the gameboy advance.

Yes like pokemon you have to capture monsters and battle with them but unlike pokemon to have new and more powerfull critters yo have to breed them (yes they have sex) you loose the parents but you get a egg with a new monster parents can pass moves and characteristics to their children,

Crazy rain season , it hasnt stop raining since two weeks ago , and I can`t stand the mosquitos (why did I have to live in a tropical jungle).

FINAL FANTASY III

Ok the screenshots of final fantasy 3 for the ds are great

I played that game a few years ago, I see some changes in this one because the original did have generic characters with no personality , So there was no Cecil or Gau  just onion kids, but from the trailer I can see there are some characters development

As you can see the new pokemon game it`s a wi-fi game , with a lot of nifty features. It will came out on september in japan, if I have to guess in christmas will be here but knowing nintendo delays march will be my horse (same date of pokemon ruby and saphire and Zelda WW)

Hot news today were revelated the box art of pokemon Pearl and diamond in japan each game with a legendary on the box

In other gaming news a at last I got final fantasy X-2, yes a very old game, the problem , years ago I decided to have a new console (since the super nes ) so the gamecube was the ideal one for me, but the last Game I got was resident 4, so since they were no games coming of my interest , So I had to buy a new console nad you know the rest of the history.

It`s not a secret I love pokemon games (the main ones not the tv series or games spin off)

the saturday was my birthday I was sad because , I had to work a lot that day until the afternoon but then when the sun falls down I became like Paco and went to the disco until 5:00 am. As I realized that I grew up, I was afraid that the things I like comics or video games will not appeal to me again (we became uber smart when mexicans drink

I dont want to realize that everything i love will be stupid to me , even Kurtz doesnt not care a lot about videogames a lot with a wife and kids, 

Gred Dean from the real life webcomic said it a lot of times as  the comic advances the auhor changed a lot in his taste , its this the future ? Im DOOMED to be a boring adult sorry for the melodrama.

(Yes Im a monster)

About Pilli adventure Im working extra hard in the latest comics , some people were asking me about the origins or how they met each other , I wanted to do that story in the 100 strip instead of the 71,

 But im a shame didnt know how to do a proper black & white art, so I did those in color here is an example and just used a little photoshop to change it to grayscale

And a watercolor version that I didnt like

This is my pet , when I started the comic I wanted to give Pilli a parrot as a crazy pet(its very common to have parrots as a pet here) but press start to play used one so i was screwed here some real life drawing

yes i was busy because i took some 3d classes but i need a lot of practice and I only know the basics thats it for today see ya sooner I hope.

Today I will show you one of the props that I never used in the Spring break saga

the dolls stand were Pilli & Paco sold those ancient and cursed dolls

It can be seen clearly in the Spring Break part 3 the stand in the background but instead of using Cgi one I opted for more ancient method WATERCOLOR!

Ok lets start

process

Usually when I start the comic i go for a walk or just sit in my desk until an idea comes to my head sometimes its easy , sometimes its hard but its more like this comic </a><a href="http://pilli.smackjeeves.com/comics/22294/"> comic</font></a>

Then I start doing some drawings until i the idea pop up in my head

then i start scketching the comic

when everything its set with my pencil I start the comic and after I ink them with my pens there is no big science with that

After erasing the pencil marks the comic look like this

Then I scan it to my computer usually double size to make the work easier add colors with photoshop and add dialogue bubbles and the backgrounds

and the comic its done

Backgrounds

Ok There are 2 ways i do my backgrounds watercolor and cgi but there is no need to do that just a fancy pencil drawing will do some times (just look Megatokyo)

I use 3d max its more harder but when i finish the locations i can use the same render just moving the perspective and adding or replacing the furniture

and if im in a mood I do watercolor

but it can be anything even a simple sketch
